PERFORMANCE: a structured and measurable program

The program is structured around three pillars: PROFIT, PEOPLE, PLANET.

Each pillar addresses thoroughly and operationally three specific strategic priorities.

Within a transparency approach, Actively Caring 2030 presents 47 measurable and ambitious objectives:

  • 15 mastery objectives demonstrating an upheld level of excellence

  • 32 improvement objectives for continuous improvement between 2024 and 2030

SILAB acknowledges 1 strategic objective per strategic priority. This approach facilitates their management and the readability of the results.

In addition, the program shares the actions implemented to concretely contribute to achieve its objective.
