1. EMPOWERING OUR EMPLOYEES
Understanding the importance of actions, making themselves helpful and getting involved daily is an integral part of the life of employees. To this end, at least a day per year (cumulated time) is provided to raise awareness and mobilize them on the challenges of sustainable development.

The company has also committed to:
- promoting inclusion by organizing at least 3 Diversity, Equity, Inclusion awareness campaigns (Employee strategic priority),
- raising awareness and training employees on eco-gestures (“Les entreprises s’engagent”).
2. SUPPORTING DEI
7 awareness campaigns on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) challenges were provided to employees between 2024 and 2025 to comply with the company’s mastery objective.

Disability
For the International Day of People with Disabilities, an awareness-raising game “Handipoursuite” was organized in 2025 to learn more about the different forms of disability, their consequences and the solution provided at work.
Disabled people working in the ÉSAT (institutional work and work support services) named “Les ateliers du Puy Grand et de la Vézère” nearby the company assembled a gourmet gift basket, which was handed to participants.
In 2024, an exhibition and a quiz were provided to all employees on this topic, in which varied themes were addressed (motor disabilities, invisible disabilities, RQTH - French disabled worker status, caregivers) to deconstruct received ideas.

Violence against women
Doctor Rosenthal, former obstetrician gynecologist, President of honor of Gynecology Without Borders, and president of the Board of Directors of the la Maison de Soie*, conducted a conference on violence against women in 2023 and 2024 in SILAB premises.

Conferences organized with local players (Lovely Brive Festival, Maison de Soie*, SOS Violences Conjugales**) have been provided every year since 2025 to business leaders of the region and/or SILAB managers in SILAB premises.
In addition to raising awareness on the topics of gender and sexual violences, this operation provides participants with tools to support workers who may be exposed to violent situations.

3. PROVIDING INFORMATION ON HEALTH AND SAFETY

on health and safety issues were provided to employees between 2024 and 2025
Road safety
For road safety at work days in May and more broadly throughout 2025, awareness campaigns on the following topics were carried out:
- promotion of good practices while driving,
- reminders on phone risks while driving,
- recommendations for equipment when riding a bike or a scooter,
- achievement of a team challenge to take the Driver’s Manuals again.
Mental health
In 2025, we addressed the topic of mental health by hosting a Psycom exhibition. This initiative was relayed through an active information campaign on our intranet in order to sustainably raise awareness among our teams.
In 2023, a sophrologist came at SILAB with the aim to provide employees with workshops on the following topics:
- getting better sleep and fatigue management related to workstations and/or business travels,
- easing symptoms and pains,
- supporting novelty, manage change better,
- redirecting our energy in complex times (instability, epidemic…).
Cancer
For Pink October, many activities are provided every two years to employees.
2025 edition included:
- workshops on breast cancer screening with a member of the French league against cancer,
- a fake bust to learn good self-palpation techniques,
- an immersive experience with virtual reality helmets.

For March Blue of 2024, volunteers of the French league against cancer facilitated workshops both to present the actions of the association and to raise awareness on colorectal cancer screening.

Addictions
In 2023, a member of Addictions France association and a member of the French league against cancer came up to SILAB to present possible support actions for ourselves and our closed relatives.
For the Mois sans tabac (equivalent to stopober) which takes place in November (equivalent of stopober), the health team often conducts an awareness action to encourage impacted employees to stop smoking to preserve their health.
Nutrition and health
In 2025, the “Health in our plate” exposition created by INSERM (France national institute of health and medical research) was provided to employees to better understand connections between nutrition and health.
Workshops facilitated by a volunteer dietitian from the French league against cancer and SILAB nurse were also organized.
Blood donation
SILAB organizes blood donation collection once or twice a year in the premises of the company and during working hours. During the 2025 editions, 135 blood units were collected.

4. GETTING MOBILIZED FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

Water
For World Water Day of 2025, SILAB provided an exhibition on the different water qualities at SILAB but also on international health scandals related to this challenge.
In 2023, the spotlight was on an educational exhibition provided by Adour-Garonne Water Agency, named “main water challenges to take into consideration in urban and territory development policies”. This exposition was available for several days and enabled employees to better understand water resource challenges and its key role for environmental balances.
World Water Day - 2022
Waste
SILAB teams actively participate in the World Cleanup Day, an international movement dedicated to citizen cleaning. For its 7th edition in 2025, employees collected 90 kg of waste in the surroundings of the activity area in just one hour. Plastic, papers, metals, cigarette ends… all waste was sorted out and processed by certified chains.

For several years now, awareness campaigns have also been carried out for the European Week for Waste Reduction such as clothing or old phone collections, quizzes, exhibitions, etc.
Digital pollution
In 2024, a Digital Cleanup Day was implemented, including actions mobilizing employees in particular mail and file sorting.
Sustainable mobility
In 2025, SILAB participated for the 8th time in the sustainable mobility challenge, good for the planet and health. More than 25 employees swung into action by taking alternative transportation and avoided 555 kg of CO2 emissions.

SILAB France and subsidiaries: solidarity march
In 2026, got into action in Corrèze and in its subsidiaries: 131 participants made 438,439 steps in total, thus enabling a donation of €1,461 to the Ligue de la protection des oiseaux (French league for the protection of birds).
In 2025, 116 employees got mobilized for a total of 378,034 steps which were converted in a donation of €1,260 to the French league against cancer.

SILAB Inc.: cohesion and coastline preservation
SILAB Inc. teams, subsidiary located in the United-States, participated in an initiative in partnership with Save Coastal Wildlife, an organism dedicated to Jersey Shore fragile ecosystems protection. After an outdoor educational session facilitated by local experts, the team got to work: 500 dune plants were transplanted to restore and stabilize coastal dunes and 160 kg of waste were collected.

6. TRAINING
For further progress, the company trains its employees through many actions:
- integration of several awareness-raising modules in new employees’ training program (CSR, environment, quality, security, anti-corruption…),
- provision of the eco-gesture Guide and the waste sorting Guide available to all employees,
- installation of dedicated signages in the premises,
- regular communication of the actions and indicators on the intranet.
