  • Promoting the integration of people with disabilities

    Development of partnership with ÉSAT (French institutional work and work support services).

  • Maintaining senior workers’ employment

    Implementation of the French “contrat de génération” (i.e. generation contract) enabling experience highlighting, precarity decrease, delay of senior unemployment.  

     

    • Adapting workstations, promoting flexible work, fighting against professional weakening and discrimination related to age, supporting career changes and continuous training  
    • Organizing information, sensibilization, or retirement preparation actions

  • Protecting employees from any form of harassment

    Creation of a harassment alert and treatment system in 2026.  

     

    Objectives:  

    • Providing a safe work environment where employees’ dignity is recognized and respected  
    • Upholding these fundamental values 
    • Committing to protect employees and to rapidly and efficiently treat any alert 
    • Training employees in preventing harassment at work

  • Contributing to young talents' growth

    Supporting young people in their professional integration. 

     

    2025 results:  

    • 31 interns in secondary schools  
    • 11 interns in university studies 
    • 12 work-study programs 
    • 2 interns or work-study trainees were hired to be part of SILAB at the end of their training 
    • 17 people who were hired with a temporary or a permanent contract were under 25 years old, representing 57% of hiring

  • Acting for disability-related issues

    Implementation of actions aiming to integrate disabled people or people affected by the disability of closed relatives.

  • Ensuring work-life balance

    • Right to disconnect unilateral Charter implemented in 2017 
    • Creation of inter-company daycare in September, 2010, located at the doors of SILAB 
    • Depending on the occupation covered, possibility of adjusting work time or work remotely, regulated by our remote work Charter

    Implementation of a social policy promoting strict gender equality treatment by rigorously monitoring this commitment.

    SILAB Labeling by Cap Handeo, proof of its strong commitment to support and recognize “caregiver” employees.
