Actively Caring

Since its creation in 1984, SILAB has anchored Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in its values and its DNA. Thus, for more than 40 years, SILAB has been committed and has been leading concrete initiatives contributing to this approach.

After completing its Actively Caring 2021-2025 program, SILAB opens a new chapter of its CSR strategy with the launch of its Actively Caring 2030 program.

Three fundamental pillars frame this approach: PROFIT, PEOPLE, PLANET. Based on these three axes, SILAB has established commitments which are turned into quantifiable objectives for 2030 and carried out daily by voluntary and effective initiatives.
