Maintain close relationships with tomorrow’s talents

SILAB maintains close links with schools, which are breeding grounds for potential future employees. From secondary school to post-baccalaureate level, HR teams keep these relationships through a variety of channels:
- presentations of the company and its businesses in schools: 6 in 2023
- the organization tours of its Saint-Viance site, which includes its research center, industrial facilities and training center: 6 in 2023
- welcoming interns and work-study students
- distributing job offers to schools matching profiles sought
In addition, SILAB regularly takes part in trade fairs and forums to meet students. In 2023, we were present at 8 such events.
The aim of this investment is to learn from the various exchanges with future talents, to understand their aspirations and to arouse interest in the variety of professions within the company.
