In 2025, SILAB was awarded for the fifth time with Platinum status for its CSR performance by EcoVadis rating platform. This recognition confirms SILAB's position in the top 1% of best-rated companies and demonstrates its commitment to responsible practices that respect people and the environment.

On this occasion, SILAB was also assessed on its “carbon score,” which measures the performance of its greenhouse gas management system, and was ranked as a leader in decarbonization.

This voluntary strategy is part of a continuous improvement dynamic designed to reinforce sustainable actions driven by the shared commitment of the management board and all teams.

With a score of 86%, SILAB is certified For Life. This certificate is allocated by Ecocert, a global expert on sustainable practices certification.

This standard defines clear commitments, in particular in terms of respecting human and environmental rights, territory development, or responsible purchasing policies.
Being certified For Life demonstrates SILAB’s continuous commitment in the field of CSR.

The Sedex assessment questionnaire (SAQ) is a self-assessment questionnaire measuring the social, ethical, and environmental performance of companies and supply chains.

In particular, it makes the assessment of supplier risk management possible on the basis of a precise reference framework.
The aim of this method is to enhance the transparency and responsibility of companies.

SILAB has been assessed by the CDP, a nonprofit organization, on the topics of climate change, water, and forests.

In 2025, the company received a B grade for each of these themes and an A grade for the way it engages its suppliers on the issue of climate change, placing it in the “Leader” category.

SILAB calculates its Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions annually.

Declarations of 2025 were checked out according to the GHG protocol and a reasonable guarantee.

This voluntary approach demonstrates the company’s commitment to environmental data reliability and rigor in order to implement and manage action plans and communicate on them.

As a member of UEBT since 2021, a nonprofit organization that promotes sourcing with respect for people and biodiversity, SILAB affirms its commitment for a responsible sourcing.

Since 2021 and as of end-2025, UEBT has verified 19 supply chains of the company using its referential, enabling the implementation of concrete action plans directly monitored by SILAB, in order to improve supply sustainability.

In 2025, SILAB was audited by Ecocert for its nopal supply chain on Fair for Life fair trade certification, and obtained a score over 85%.

The aim is to promote partnerships with raw material suppliers certification Fair for Life in order to encourage their sustainable farming practices and assist them in their development projects.

In 2026, SILAB obtained the certification “Cap’Handéo – Entreprise engage auprés de ses salariés aidants” (Company committed to its caregiver workers), thus recognizing its actions for identifying, recognizing and supporting its caregiver employees.

Carried by Handéo certification activity, Cap’Handéo is part of a national improvement dynamic to support disabled people, loss of autonomy, and their caregivers.

By being committed with Handéo Services, SILAB upholds a continuous improvement approach in favor of inclusion and maintain caregivers in employment.

SILAB was audited by AFNOR
to determine if its quality management system was complying with the requirements of ISO 9001 standard. Consequently, SILAB was awarded with the certification, vouching for well-structured processes, rigorous organization, and a continuous improvement approach.

This acknowledgment highlights SILAB’s ability to master its activity, ensure high quality standard, and sustainably meet its customers and partners’ expectations.

It also conveys the company’s commitment in favor of operational performance and its work methods reliability.
